Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the travel or related industries and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
